I paused the public match on the red SHOOT state and again on the results that flash after the ball travels: GOAL, SAVED, WIDE, INTERCEPTED, and TACKLED. I never saw a power percentage or a numbered angle, so this page does not invent one. The ball follows the line you draw. A longer or more bent line is visible. What each extra centimetre changes is unconfirmed.

Three steps that are actually on screen

Wait for the freeze, or take the prompt if the lesson has already selected SHOOT.
Leave SHOOT highlighted. In the recording it is the red action.
Drag from the ball toward the part of the goal you want. A bent line is how the curl is drawn, not a separate button I could find.

Rebounds, the back post, and headers

A rebound prompt reads, in substance, that the keeper parried it and you should smash the second ball. The lesson locks this to SHOOT ONLY.
A back-post prompt says the ball has dropped to you there, again SHOOT ONLY.

After a miss, the game can tell you to enable aim target in Settings. The default of that switch is unconfirmed.

Shooting is also an attribute you spend points on. The official text says you boost it as you level. There is no published formula such as “one point equals two percent.” Stats keeps that limit in writing.
