Write to [email protected]. That address is the public contact for this guide. It is not Roblox support and it is not a Sub Studios inbox.
Include the page URL with a factual correction. For a code issue, identify the exact Roblox experience, code, platform, date and displayed message. The STRIKERS code list is not verified for Sub Studios' Become A Striker. Do not send your password or account recovery details.
What to include
- Page URL on this site.
- For a code: the code, the platform (PC, phone, or pad), the date, and the error text.
- For a fact: a link to the Roblox API, the experience page, or a timestamp in a public video.
- For privacy: say access, correction, or deletion, and the address you want the reply sent to.
Mail [email protected]. We aim to reply within a few days. We do not promise a same-day answer, and we cannot credit Rewinds, restore an account, or ban a player. Those requests belong to Roblox.
What we will not take
Do not send exploit scripts, stolen accounts, or a request to impersonate Sub Studios. We delete those. We also do not publish a Discord invite that the Roblox page itself does not list.

Yes. It is the contact address for this site. Mail about the game’s own account system still goes to Roblox.
